Our pricing engine considers every variable so you don't have to guess.

Part Geometry

Cut path length, number of pierce points, interior cutouts, and overall bounding area all feed directly into laser and waterjet pricing.

Material & Thickness

Steel, aluminium, stainless, and specialty materials each have different machine speeds and consumable costs. Thickness affects cut speed and nesting efficiency.

Quantity

More units means better nesting on the sheet and shared setup costs. Pricing drops significantly from 1 → 10 → 50 → 100 units.

🎨

Finishing

Post-processing like powder coating, anodizing, or passivation is priced per-part based on surface area and colour complexity.

⚙️

Operations

Bending, tapping, countersinking, and hardware insertion are priced per operation, counted directly from your DXF or instructions.

Shipping

Calculated by part weight and your delivery pincode. Pan-India surface and express options available at checkout.

Common pricing questions

No. We accept single-piece orders across all our services. Pricing is simply more favourable at higher quantities due to setup cost sharing and improved nesting efficiency.
Contact us at hello@fyord.io within 30 minutes of placing your order. We can cancel and refund orders that haven't entered production. Once machining starts, we can't make changes.
No separate setup fees. All programming, nesting, and setup costs are rolled into the per-part price. The price you see is all-inclusive (excluding GST and shipping).
Displayed prices are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout. B2B customers with a GSTIN can enter it at checkout for input tax credit purposes.
Yes. Businesses with regular orders (₹50,000+ /month) can apply for Net-30 payment terms. Contact our team at hello@fyord.io to apply.
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and NEFT/RTGS bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
