Electrostatic powder coating in 12 standard RAL colours. Sandblast prep and phosphate treatment included. Corrosion-resistant, vibrant, and durable.
Powder coating is a dry finishing process where electrostatically charged powder particles are sprayed onto a grounded metal part. The part is then cured in an oven at 180°C, melting the powder into a smooth, hard film that bonds chemically to the metal surface.
The result is a finish that's 2–3× thicker and more durable than liquid paint, with excellent resistance to chipping, scratching, corrosion, and UV fading. FYORD's full-service process includes surface prep — you send bare metal, we return a finished part.
All standard colours are in stock and available same-week. Custom RAL colours available with 5-piece minimum.
Include a 4–6 mm hanging hole in a hidden location (inside flange, corner tab). Parts must be hung in the oven — parts without hanging points incur a ₹50 jig-and-fixture charge.
Mark any tapped holes, precision bores, or mating surfaces that must remain uncoated. We apply silicone plugs before coating. Specify on your order notes.
Remove all weld spatter and grinding marks before sending. Our sandblast removes mill scale and rust, but large spatter shows through the finish coat.
Powder builds up slightly thicker on sharp edges. If edge sharpness is critical (knife edges, sliding fits), specify "edge control" and we'll back-off or hand-sand after curing.
Add powder coating to your order at checkout, or send bare parts directly for standalone finishing.
